Meeting Times
We ask that you aim to be at the centre approximately 30 minutes before your allotted time, please TRY NOT to arrive late as shuttles only leave at certain times to head up river.
Canoe / Kayak or Stand Up Paddleboard
Something to bear in mind is that although we hire both open canoes, single person kayaks and stand up paddleboards for self guided trips we only hire kayaks and paddleboards to people that have previous experience and in the case of kayaks experience of closed deck kayaks is a must (experience paddling sit on top kayaks doesn't count), we do not need any specific qualifications but mostly these are river journeys covering a fair distance each day so you have to be aware of what you are undertaking, kayaks and SUP's are single person craft (with limited load carrying ability) and very different to canoes. If customers book single person kayaks or SUP's and clearly do not have any experience when we launch them then I'm afraid their hire agreement would be terminated without refund.
